Products offered:
All epoxy boards come standard at the same price with 6oz S glass. I personally only ride epoxy boards, but caution, they float a little more. Some surfers would ride them smaller due to buoyancy difference. They are therefore excellent for fresh water surfers. Standard polyester boards come with E glass. All boards have extra fibreglass patches on nose and tails corners to limit weak spots at those strategic places. I am not a piece worker. I have pride in my craftsmanship.
I also manufacture display racks for retail stores. They come with interchangeable plexi-glass shelves and a fin in the back to hold coat hangers.
Fibreglass projects of all kinds such as custom parts for machinery, boats and automotives are also available upon demand.
Environmental concerns:
It is crucial to me to mention that surfboards are extremely polluting the Earth. The polyurethane foam contains CFS (epoxy boards do not contain CFS). Both types of foam are petrochemical based products, just like the fins and the epoxy and polyester resins used in the fabrication of surfboards. If you care for the environment, I recommend you practising another sport or buying a used surfboard.
My ways to contribute to the environment protection are two-fold. First, it is to make stronger surfboards that will last longer than the average trademark boards. Second, the materials used in the construction of my boards are from the United States and Canada. This way I limit the world resource usage to my own backyard. My conservative usage of the resources decreases the impact on the environment. Most material is used on the boards, not on the floor.
To be honest, made with all canadian products for patriotic canadians is not possible. No canadian compagnies make fins and fins boxes same goes with leash plugs. FCS fins are from China.
